RADE DESCRIPTION PRIVATE PLACEMENT PROGRAM (“PPP”): “PING” trade on funds under administrative hold in Trustee Account
The Trade Contract is for 30 days (four weeks), with weekly Profit Distribution. Three additional contracts can be added.
Trade Return is estimated at 45% of the capital basis daily, 225% per week, or 900% for the 4-week Term.
Trade Returns are allocated 65% to the Funding Party and 35% to the Organizing Party.
The PRIVATE PLACEMENT PROGRAM is a best effort and is subject to change.
Minimum Investment is $1,000,000 – Maximum Investment is $500,000,000
An additional organization fee of 2% is required for placement
TRADE STRUCTURING Client Funds are deposited in an Attorney Trustee IOLTA under administrative hold for engagement in a PPP
Client funds remain in the IOLTA for the duration of the Trade Contract and are never encumbered or at risk
The Attorney Trustee provides the Trade Provider with the Client’s POF each week, which enables the operation of the PPP
Trade Provider conducts a “proprietary trade” 5 days per week, then settles weekly for the Term of the Contract
Trade Provider disburses the trade profits each week to the Client Paymaster, who disburses such funds as agreed
