Early-N does not execute or arrange transactions.
Early-N does not guarantee funding outcomes.
Early-N does not guarantee returns, profit, or investment success.
Early-N does not offer refunds on subscription fees.
4. Subscription Terms
All subscriptions are non-refundable.
Subscription fees are charged for platform access only.
Subscription access does not guarantee funding, investor interest, project approval, return, or investment success.
5. Investor and Project Verification
Every user is verified to maintain a trusted environment.
Investors must complete identity verification, KYC, proof of funds or institutional credentials, and self-certification as High-Net-Worth, Sophisticated, or Professional Investor.
Project owners must provide company registration documents, proof of ownership, mandate verification, project summary, supporting documents, ESG information, and ethical impact statement.
6. AML, KYC and Sanctions Compliance
Early-N follows strict anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing standards.
Early-N conducts identity checks, sanctions screening, PEP checks, adverse-media checks, and ongoing monitoring for suspicious activity.
7. Ethical Governance — Ubuntu Framework
Every project listed on Early-N must align with Early-N’s ethical principles.
These principles include transparency, fair access, community upliftment, environmental responsibility, anti-exploitation, and respect for human dignity.
Projects that fail to meet these standards are not accepted.
8. Accepted Projects

9. Risk and Legal Disclosure
